LIONHEART MOTION WORKS

BY HANNAH TRAN

Lionheart Motion Works showcases work by documentary filmmaker and multimedia producer Hannah Tran, who finds inspiration from her childhood's favorite animal: the lion, along with the rhythmic movements of Vietnamese lion dances. The lion represents courage and protection. For those who experience fragmentation of the mind and spirit through life's hardships and injustices, this is an ode to stories of courageous resistance, the reclamation and protection of the wholeness of the heart, and reclaiming your rhythm, honoring the flow of your story in partnership with those who live it.
